Privacy Policy
We only collect the information needed to answer your inquiry and fulfil orders: your name, contact details, country, product requirements and order-related messages. We never sell your data, and payment card numbers are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.
Terms of Trade
A quote is not a contract. Orders are confirmed by a written quotation or contract and by the deposit payment. Prices, currency, payment terms, MOQ and lead time follow the official quotation.
Refunds & After-sales
If the sample or bulk goods do not match the confirmed sample or contract specifications and the fault is ours, we will rework, replace or refund proportionally. Faults caused by your design, late confirmation or payment, or customs/logistics beyond our control are not refundable.
Payments & Tax
Default terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance after delivery. We accept wire transfer and PayPal. Prices generally exclude destination duties, VAT and other import taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping & Duties
We support FOB, CIF and EXW. Sample and bulk lead times are quoted separately. Freight, destination duties, VAT and customs clearance are for the buyer unless agreed in writing.
