Custom Cosmetic Bag OEM: From Photo or Sketch to Bulk — the Factory Flow

Most brands already have a photo, a competitor product or a rough sketch. The real question is what happens between “I like this bag” and a full carton of bags carrying your label. This is our factory flow, explained honestly, so you know exactly what to send and what to expect at every step.

Start with a photo and a target price

You do not need a finished design to start. Send a photo or sample of the bag you want, plus target quantity and target price. We read material, construction, printing and hardware from the photo, confirm what is possible, and flag the cost drivers before anything is cut.

• Clear PVC/TPU, canvas, nylon and non-woven fabric all cost and behave differently
• Print area, zip teeth, pullers, handles and inner pockets each add cost
• We reply within 24 hours with an honest “yes, and here is the risk” or “better done this way”

Costing sheet → external quote → signed sample

First we build an internal costing sheet (material, process and fees per piece). After you confirm the quotation, we cut a sample in about 7–15 days. You approve fabric hand-feel, colour, print position and hardware, sign off, and only then do we order bulk materials.

• Sample cost is low and is credited back once the bulk order is confirmed
• The signed sample becomes the bulk standard for the whole run
• Colour is matched against a physical standard, never only a screen

Bulk, in-line QC and the carton

During bulk production we run in-line checks on colour, print, stitching, zips and measurements, and a final inspection before packing. Every carton is checked against the signed sample, and you receive progress updates so the order is never a black box.

• Typical bulk lead time: 25–45 days depending on quantity and processes
• Pre-shipment photos and a QC report are sent before dispatch
• Several styles can share one run when material and size match — a real MOQ lever
